CPCCC awarded to the lucky customers winning promotion program "Lucky Call 19001909"

In 02 days 06 - 01.07.2016, Central Power Customer Care Center (CPCCC) has collaborated with Power companies of Binh Dinh, Phu Yen and Khanh Hoa to give the awards to the lucky customers who won Promotion Program "Lucky Call 19001909."

Accordingly, CPCCC and the power companies has awarded respectively to the home of each customer, including: Mr Bui Van Dat - lucky customer winning Second Prize (Lot 97, Ba Huyen Thanh Quan St., Quy Nhon City); Mrs Nguyen Thi Hue - lucky customer winning First Prize (reside at Block 23 O 5 Tran Khac Chan, Vinh Hoa, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa); Mr Phan Van Hien - lucky customer winning Third Prize (in Phuoc Luong - Hoa Phu, Tay Hoa district, Phu Yen province). At the award ceremony, Mr. Le Van Tuong - Deputy Director of CPCCC, organizer representative, expressed deep concern of the center for the customer appreciation activities in 2015 and expressed the determination of CPCCC in particular and EVNCPC in general in efforts to maintain and increase customer satisfaction with electricity services. "It’s our honor to directly give awards to the customers, to express deep thankfulness of EVNCPC to our dear customers. On behalf of all Center’s staffs, I would like to send our big thank you to the customers with hope to continue to receive your supports in the coming time." Mr. Tuong said.

Receiving lucky award, Mr. Bui Van Dat excitedly said: "I am very surprised to be the winner of CPCCC promotion program. By the way, I would like to thank to the power sector for bringing joy to my family in the new year ".

As the lucky customer received the first prize, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue said: "From notification message of Khanh Hoa PC and through customer appreciation program of CPCCC, residences in this area know the number 19001909. I hope that, through this call center, the power sector will quickly and conveniently resolve all customers’ wondering and difficulty in using electricity. "

The award ceremony of CPCCC closed the chain of customer appreciate activities motivated by EVN in 12/2015. In the new year 2016, CPCCC believes that its efforts so far will make a deep impression on the customer using electricity in 13 provinces and cities in the central and highland of Vietnam about enthusiastic and whole hearted service, and believe that the customers will be more and more satisfied with the way the power sector’s units serve.
